Join us as a qualified Financial Adviser and you'll work on a wide and interesting portfolio of products, including pensions, savings and investments. Working with the team in our local offices, you'll advise both new and existing customers, as well as identify new opportunities.

Sales Associates – Mutual Direct Contact Centre
Working in our Mutual Direct Contact Centre in Glasgow is unlike working in a call centre. We don't have the usual targets around length of calls, or scripted selling (personality and a strong customer service ethic are much more important to us) and we don't tend to work to the same shift patterns as call centres either. All of this means that our teams feel motivated to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
