The Screening Policy
We're committed to creating a safe, inclusive environment for our people to work in. That's why your application will go through a screening process in line with FSA Guidelines.
If your application is successful and after an interview we offer you a role which you accept, we will carry out the screening procedure. This will involve NFU Mutual using your details, including sensitive information, for the purpose of processing your application for employment. We will undertake employment screening including, but not limited to, financial probity and criminal record checks (for some roles), address verification, academic qualifications and employer references.
The following document will be sent to you at the initial stage and explains the process in more detail. If successful in your application, you will be required to complete the Declaration of Consent Form at the end:
