NFU Mutual Direct

NFU Mutual Direct was set up in 1999 to provide our policyholders with a readily accessible, extra channel of advice and support. With over 150 employees, Mutual Direct is made up of sales consultants, customer service representatives and a team of underwriters.

Essentially a call centre in nature, we like to think it’s a bit different in lots of ways. There’s no cold calling or unsociable hours and we’re not stuck on a business park in the middle of nowhere. We’re right in the heart of Glasgow city centre, close to the shops, bars and restaurants. Perfect for popping out at lunchtime or after work.
