Group Properties Department

With over three hundred operational properties across the UK and a substantial investment portfolio, our Group Properties Department offers variety and challenges aplenty. The department is made up of three teams, who between them manage property investments, offer operational management and provide safe, efficient facilities support services.

The Property Investments team concentrates on making the most of our property investments portfolio, meeting an external property benchmark and maximising returns by both buying and selling on the open market. The team also offer day-to-day management for our rented properties and collects rental income.

From refurbishments and fit-outs at Agent offices around the country to relocations and estate management, the Operational Premises team provide high quality, safe and cost effective operational premises support.

Our dedicated Facilities team provide a range of support services for our purpose-built Head Office and other Stratford-upon-Avon locations. They are responsible for office services, building maintenance and business support services, overseeing the delivery of everything from catering and car pools to security and porter services.
