Wellingborough

At our Wellingborough office, we provide crucial support to our regional centres across the UK, dealing with targeted underwriting and claims assistance wherever it’s needed. This office also handles all of our foreign claims and recoveries and all existing policy related enquiries from the national agency network - in short we’re always on the other end of the phone when help is needed.

In addition we’ve been selected as a Model Office to pilot a major programme of internal IT transformation, which is taking place over the next five years, to integrate our current systems and improve the way the whole of our general insurance processes work.
