Our East Regional office is based in the heart of Norwich city centre, on Prince of Wales Road, where we employ over 125 people within Underwriting, Customer Service Claims, Technical Claims and Administration.

The office is responsible for five sales areas covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Lincolnshire, Kent, East Sussex, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. We’re extremely proud of the fact that we’ve won ‘Branch of the Year’ over three consecutive years.
