The South Wales Regional office occupies a traditional building in Stanwell Road, Penarth, a small seaside town four miles from Cardiff city centre. Employing over 60 people, it has Underwriting, Claims and Administration departments as well as 23 local Agents offices, covering the counties of Monmouthshire, Glamorgan, Powys, Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion.
