Qualifications

If you’re looking for a career where you can gain professional qualifications, then underwriting is a great place to start. To join us as a Trainee Underwriter at one of our regional offices, you’ll need at least five GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications) at grade C or above including Maths and English Language.

We’ll then give you all the support and guidance you need (including financial support and time off for study) to gain your Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII) Diploma. Once you have these you can progress onto achieving your Advanced CII Diploma.
