Not to mention the fact that we won't cap your bonuses – how much you earn will depend upon the strong relationships you form with our Agents, as they’ll be the ones passing on their high net worth leads to you.

Later on, you might want to explore more senior sales roles or a move to Head Office.

Current basic salary:
Trainee Financial Consultants – £17,000-£20,000
Competent Advisers – from £26,000
Corporate Financial Consultants – £36,500

Based on a mixture of qualifications, experience and performance our new base pay structure enables good performers to progress their base salary quickly and be rewarded for their contribution and quality of business and customer service.

In addition to base salary, your pay is made up of:
A monthly sales incentive
A sales accelerator bonus (paid quarterly)
A quality bonus (paid quarterly)
An annual performance bonus

NOTE: Candidates with reasonable experience can earn in excess of £30,000 after their first full year. Individuals with a proven track record can earn in excess of £40,000 after their first full year. Many consultants who have forged strong relationships with their agents consistently earn well in excess of these figures.

Car: Personal contract purchase arrangement with a choice of vehicle. An upgrade facility is available.

Pension: A defined contributory pension scheme with very generous company contributions including four times basic salary death in service benefit is in place.
