Area Managers

You'll be the vital link between regional management and our agents out in the field, spending varied days leading the development of a specific area. Your watchwords will be customer service and compliance as you maximise sales, creating sales plans in both the medium and long term, setting targets, encouraging cross selling and ensuring that agents and team members are equipped with the skills and support they need to excel.

As well as an ACII qualification (or equivalent), we’ll look for a record of inspirational management alongside an influential, persuasive nature. As analytical as you are commercially aware, you manage budgets with ease and are capable of grasping and contributing to the strategic direction of our business. You’ll also need a sound understanding of insurance principals, sales skills and the ability to analyse numerical data.
