NFU Mutual Direct
NFU Mutual Direct was set up in 1996 to allow people who prefer to deal with their insurance company by telephone, and increasingly via the internet, access to NFU Mutual. We provide our policyholders with a readily accessible, extra channel of advice and support, and undertake all elements of the insurance lifecycle from prospecting to renewals and mid-term adjustments, with the exception of claims which is handled by other parts of the business.
Essentially a call centre in nature, we like to think it’s a bit different in lots of ways. There’s essentially no cold calling and we’re not stuck on a business park in the middle of nowhere. We’re right in the heart of Glasgow city centre and we’re proud of an environment that’s as friendly as it is professional.
