Sales Department

The Sales Department provides, in many cases, the first experience customers have with NFU Mutual Direct. Accordingly we set the standard for all future dealings a customer has with us. We deal with a broad range of customer enquiries and can quote for over fifteen products from the NFU Mutual range. From a couple wishing to insure their thatched home in Devon to a girl wishing to insure her horse in the Western Isles, our Direct Sales Associates are expected to sell a wide range of our products to an even wider range of people.

We endeavour to help, whatever the customer enquiry is, and if we’re unable to help, we’ll direct them to whoever can. As the first contact our role is to provide not only a sales focused call but a call that ensures that the quote meets the customer's needs and expectations. Whatever the outcome we aim to ensure the client leaves feeling they have dealt with by a professional whose first interest is their satisfaction.
