Qualifications

Our flexible qualification policy means that you can gain professional qualifications whilst you work in the knowledge that we can help with study leave and support you through your ongoing training and development in the role. There are lots of opportunities to move internally within NFU Mutual and several paths of career progression to choose from, including both technical and supervisory roles.

All we look for is a minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications) at grade C or above, including Maths and English Language, and a great customer service approach.
