Profitability is of course very important, so making sure the books balance is crucial to our success. The Finance team (made up primarily of accountants and statistical analysts, but also clerical and administrative professionals) does just that and so much more besides. Their role is to:

• Facilitate business planning across the Group.
• Analyse and benchmark performance.
• Manage the budgeting process.
• Research, organise and present management information.

The team continually develop and improve our financial controls and processes and offer critical expertise to make sure we meet out operational objectives.
