Field Trainers

You’ll join one of our field-based teams and oversee your area’s training needs. The focus is principally on the technical side but will also include some sales skills. You’ll identify key concerns and then develop and deliver solutions to address them, ensuring compliance is met at all times.

This could involve organising and managing group training sessions, identifying gaps in an agency’s current training programme, or supporting NFU Mutual’s General Division Training Department in producing training sessions.

Your key reporting lines will be with your Area Manager, Sales Consultants and obviously with your Agents and their staff.
