Qualifications

Ideally you’ll come from an insurance background and have designed and delivered training programmes before. However, a comprehensive induction and full product training will be provided so if you have an insurance background (underwriting or claims) then we’re equally keen to hear from you. We’ll need you to have your full ACII, or be willing to achieve it with our full support within agreed timescales. In addition, strong interpersonal and communication skills goes without saying.
