Field Trainer, North East Region

I have worked for the NFU Mutual for over 20 years and have been given the opportunity to work in a number of areas including as a personal underwriting, and in the claims department as a claims handler and team leader. I have also gained experience as a claims inspector and at our Head Office as part of a project team. The company have supported me in my development including attaining my insurance qualifications.

I enjoy my current job as a field trainer as its quite varied. I get the chance to travel around to different agencies identifying training needs and delivering practical training. I also work with our Learning and Development Department to develop training to be delivered to the agency network.

Many companies talk about putting customers first but at the NFU Mutual that statement is backed up by the great customer service we give and that makes me proud to work for them.
