The majority of our claims are handled at our regional offices where they’re overseen by the same person from start to finish, giving our customers that one point of contact they so rarely get elsewhere. The fact that we tend to find ways to pay claims, rather than not, is what underpins our reputation for fair dealing and honesty.
Our Head Office claims team get involved with the larger, more complex cases, providing advice and guidance to our regional teams. If the claim is over £1m they’ll handle it directly. You’ll also find our Counter Fraud and Motor Engineering teams are managed from Head Office as well as our dedicated Trainer and Occupational Therapist.
