Avon Insurance is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NFU Mutual,. Since 1988, we have developed the mailing and telemarketing of accidental death, personal accident and hospital benefit policies and our success has been built on working with major banks and building societies, and other financial institutions.

Our ‘Image & Workflow’ system allows us to operate a virtually paperless process. All incoming post is scanned into the system and the processes for turning around applications and customer queries are highly efficient. We currently service approximately 1.35 million paid policies and around 3 million free certificates with an operational staff of 70. We’re based in Arden Street in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon, with plans to move to a new custom built office at Ryon Hill Park on the edge of the town, in 2008.
