Our core strength is customer service and the majority of our staff will have some client contact. For these roles we look for people with relevant customer service experience who are flexible, good team players with the ability to handle customer calls in a sympathetic way. In addition, you’ll also process policy applications within the ‘Image and Workflow’ systems.
There’s real scope to progress into supervision roles or more specialised areas of the business such as Business Technicians, Compliance, Training and Direct Marketing. Alternatively, there are opportunities to move through to NFU Mutual.
