Regional network

There are nine regional offices in addition to the offices based in Stratford-upon-Avon. Our regional centres each have their own underwriting and claims departments and exist to support the agents in their region, with whom they have very strong relationships.

As our customer base has diversified, so has our service structure to cater for their changing needs. In addition, we operate NFU Mutual Direct in Glasgow, a call centre which offers a new way for our customers to get in touch.
