Now you know how the scheme works, you’re probably wondering what sort of skills and experience you need to join us. Each scheme will vary but ideally, we’d like you to be degree qualified, with a genuine interesting in building a career in insurance and financial services. Naturally, some relevant work experience would be great, but it’s by no means essential.
